The Tattoo Process
Planning Your Tattoo
Start by thinking about what you’d like your tattoo to be.
You can submit reference photos, sketches, or just general ideas about placement, size, and style.
It’s completely fine if your idea isn’t fully formed. We’ll go over the details together and make sure the design fits your vision and your body.
BOOking a Consultation
Once you’re ready to start, fill out the booking form or send me an email describing your idea.
During the consultation, we’ll talk through the design, placement, size, estimated time, and cost.
After that, you’ll get a quote and available appointment dates.
Deposit and Scheduling
A deposit is needed to reserve your appointment.
It goes toward your final tattoo cost and covers time spent preparing your design.
If you cancel or reschedule with short notice, the deposit may be forfeited.
Once your deposit is received, I’ll contact you to confirm a date and time for your tattoo appointment.
Deposits can be paid via Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
Day of the Appointment
Come rested, hydrated, and fed. Wear clothes that make it easy to access the area being tattooed.
We’ll review the design together and make any adjustments before starting.
After you approve the stencil, the tattooing begins. You’re welcome to bring headphones, snacks, or anything that helps you stay comfortable during the session.
Payment
Payment is due at the end of your session.
Cash is required for your final payment, and there is an ATM near the shop if needed.
Tips are appreciated but never expected.
Aftercare
Proper aftercare helps your tattoo heal well and stay vibrant.
You’ll leave with specific instructions, but generally you should keep the tattoo clean, lightly moisturized, and out of direct sunlight.
Avoid soaking or scratching it, and stick with gentle, unscented products.
You can find my full aftercare recommendations here.
Touchups
Some tattoos need small touch-ups after healing, depending on placement or skin type.
Touch-ups are usually quick and free within a certain time frame.
Once your tattoo is fully healed, reach out if you notice any small areas that need a refresh.
