Deposit & Payment Policy *

I understand that a non-refundable deposit of $100–$200 (depending on the size of the tattoo) is required to confirm my booking. The exact deposit amount will be confirmed via email after submitting this form. Deposits can be paid via Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or in cash. The remaining balance must be paid in CASH ONLY on the day of the appointment, and there is an ATM located near the shop if needed.
