I’m Ty Rivera, a tattoo artist based in Arabi, Louisiana, just 10 minutes from the French Quarter. I’ve been tattooing professionally for over 7 years, and I specialize in color, black and grey, anime, neotraditional, traditional, fine line, and more. Art has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, I was inspired by my dad’s wild skull drawings, the bold graphics on skateboards, and the art on music albums. That love for visual storytelling led me to take art classes in high school and study screen printing in college, and eventually, it brought me to tattooing.

For me, tattooing isn’t just about making something look good in the moment. It's about creating a design that holds up for life. I work closely with each client to blend their vision with my artistic approach, making sure every tattoo is readable, bold, and completely unique. I love connecting with people during the process, whether we’re talking music, anime, or just vibing over art.

Outside the studio, I skateboard, live a straightedge lifestyle, and care for a few reptiles. Neon Genesis Evangelion is my favorite anime and a big artistic inspiration.
